Welcome to the University of Screw! (As in corkscrew...get your mind out of the gutter you sickos) This is a place where you can come to learn about the great adult beverage known as wine. If you want to know all there is to know about wine, go buy a book. But over the last couple of decades we've pieced together a thing or two that just might be worth your while, and we'll post 'em here for you to peruse. Keep in mind though, that there are as many points of view about wine as there are about politics, so we encourage you to explore other information sources (especially if those sources are packaged in a glass bottle!)
